No, quell'indirizzo paypal è per comprare crediti, non per uppare.

Sta pagando per il piano a 34 giorni mentre il vecchio piano a 17 giorni è stato cambiato.In pratica chi era (come me purtroppo) in pending per il piano a 17 giorni poteva o attendere o reinvestire in un piano a 102 giorni. Io ho lasciato una metà in pending ed una metà la ho messa nel piano a 102 giorni. Però i pagamenti in pending sono fermi al 21 gennaio. Lo metterei in attesa. (moolto lunga  ). Però se si comporta come con il suo vecchio sito alla fine pagherà (anche se credo proprio che ci sarà davvero molto da attendere).

Please read this carefully as it will hopefully answer most of your questions.

The objective is to ensure that all members are paid as soon as possible and that the funds available to make payments are shared fairly. I cannot give a timescale for the payments except that there is no cut-off date, which means I will keep paying until all accounts are settled, however long it takes. The plan is:

Immediate Actions: The following actions will take effect immediately:

17SurfPro will be closed to new members and all accounts that have never been upgraded, and therefore have zero earnings, will be closed.

Existing members will have access to their account while their account has payable earnings. Once payment has been made in full the account will be closed.

Surfing, paid to click, the adding of new sites and banners and upgrading will be switched off.

34 Day Plan: The expired pending payments up to and including today 23 April 2008 for the 34 Day Plan will be made in full as soon as possible. The unexpired upgrades on the 34 Day Plan will then be refunded for the original amount of the upgrade. 34 Day Plan payments will be the first to be settled and once these have been done I will start working on the other payments.

Audit of Accounts: An audit of all the accounts will then be undertaken. The accounts will be placed in one of three categories: Stakeholder, No-Profit, and Profit. As accounts are reviewed you will see your account status change - first it will say 'Under Review' and when the review is complete, it will change to one of three new categories.

Stakeholder: There are a small number of accounts held by members who have given substantial help with the funding of 17SurfPro, and without their support many other members would not now be showing a profit.

No-Profit: These are upgraded members who are currently showing a deficit between the money they have paid for upgrades and the amount of money they have been paid for surfing and commissions.

Profit: Members who have been paid more money than they have spent on upgrades.

Once the audit is complete and I have a clear picture of the situation I will be in a position to decide how the available funds can be shared fairly and a notice giving details about this will be posted on the site and members emailed to advise them.

Outstanding Commission Payments: I have not decided how these will be handled yet. As many of you know, the script had a major desgin fault in this area and resolving it has not been possible. Fortunately only a very small number of members still have outstanding commission payments but rest assured, I will be looking into it as soon as I am able to.

Funding: The funding for the payments will come from online-earnings, advertising revenues generated by my other traffic exchanges, and sales at my eBay shop. The success of these activities will obviously relate to how much funding will be available and therefore how quickly you are paid.

Payment Processors: Whenever possible payment will be made to the payment processor used the most on your 17SurfPro account. However, it will be helpful to us all, and it will save a considerable amount of money being wasted on transfer fees, if sometimes members can be flexible as to which payment processor is used for payment. For example, most of my income from the traffic exchange business and my eBay shop is through PayPal and transfering from PayPal to the payment processors used on 17SurfPro is extremely costly and time consuming. If sometimes it is sensible to make payments by PayPal I will email the members concerned and suggest this an an alternative.

Advertising: Members can, if they wish, use any of their outstanding earnings for purchasing advertising or credits on any of my other programs except the eBay shop.

Save a Record of Your Account: I suggest that next time you login to your 17SurfPro account you save a snapshot of the main member's area page so you have a record of your account details in case you need to refer to this after it has been closed.

Questions? While I will be monitoring your emails I don't expect to be able to answer each one individually – if I try to answer all your emails I will not have the time to spend on generating the money to make your payments. Depending on the number of questions you have I will set up an FAQ page on the site where I will post the questions you raise together with my answers so all members will have the same information. When the FAQs are posted and updated I will advise all members by email.

Amendments to this Plan None of us know what lies ahead and it may be necessary to amend this plan as we go along. If this is necessary all members will be informed by email and the amendments posted on the site. Please check the site regularly for new annoucnements, and also check the Blog where I will also post messages about the closure of 17SurfPro when appropriate.
